An Ideal Location in Geni, Nydri Lefkada
Geni is a small fishing village in the bay, south of Nydri. It is located in a closed bay, surrounded by beautiful green mountains. During summer hundreds of boats and sailing boats moor here. The calm bay of Geni is also a great spot for water skiers.
The green peninsula of Geni combines beauty, calmness, archeological and historical interest. Just one kilometer after the end of the village, travelers can follow the small hidden path that leads to “Agia Kyriaki” church and visit the monument of the archeologist Delpferd that discovered that Lefkada in the past was Ithaca the home of Odysseus.
The area is ideal for boat excursions to the nearby islands (Madouri, Meganisi, Skorpio, Sparti, Scorpidi, Thilia) and to secluded beaches. (Laka, Fteri, Gria Lagkada, Fraksa)
In walking distance from the studios guests can enjoy the Greek Gastronomy in traditional Greek taverns and restaurants.
